This is a No-Damage airplane. The tail number was changed from N6462R in 2000 to N59CG by the previous owner, whose initials were "CG". If you check the FAA and NTSB databases, you will see damage history under that number for a previously assigned aircraft. Reading it, it is obviously for an experimental gyrocopter or similar aircraft.
