Exterior:
Paint is in "Just Fair" Condition. We used to have a paint shop here in Princeton that would look for planes like this, buy them, bring 'em back to Princeton and put a nice paint job on them. The "Mom & Pop" upholstery shop across the taxi-way would often install a new interior, and they would then sell the plane at a nice profit.

Interior:
The Interior is in Fair to Average Condition, The Rear Seats are in Good Condition, the Front Seats have Sheepskin Covers. The Panel needs some attention, as shown in the photos. The cover was removed sometime in the past, and was accidently damaged and not reinstalled.

The plane is in good condition, a sound aircraft that is well-maintained and flown regularly. The owner has two children in college, and it is time to sell the plane. In 1986, the pilot made a go-around after a hard landing, landed safely, but damaged the propeller, nose gear, and firewall. Repaired properly and returned to service.
