Comments:
A recent gear-collapse after landing necessitated a prop preplacement and engine teardown. The engine was taken apart, inspected, and reassembled ($10,000). A used prop was located, overhauled, and installed, and the plane is ready to go. The owner is flying it, so the hours are going to be more when you get it, but not much.
