This is an excellent and well-equipped Tricycle-Gear Kitfox with a Subaru 108 HP engine with Dual-Ignition. Subaru originally built this model engine for aviation purposes, and later modified it for use in their automobiles.

The owner spared no expense in completing the construction of this plane, but now has family health issues to deal with, and has no time to fly. He has about $50,000 invested, but realizes he is not going to get all of his money back.
