In 1989, the plane had a flat tire while starting a take-off, and ran off the runway with minimal damage.

Engine was overhauled in 2004 and runs very strong, cross country. The owner is an airline pilot who says he gets 22 mpg at 104 knots. A high-time airframe, but the engine has a long way to go, and it is in excellent flying condition.
