I spent years financing aircraft, and have been dealing with
aircraft sales on the Internet since 1996, and can help you find or negotiate
the purchase of any plane, not just those I am presently offering for sale. If
you have a plane in mind, and know where it is, I can contact the seller for
you. If you don't know where the right one is, I can find it for you.

Spending 10-12 hours a day, seven days a week, dealing with airplane
buyers and sellers, I am experienced in negotiating price and conditions of a
sale.
Think of the last time you bought a car. There you were in the
showroom, someone who buys one car every three years, negotiating with a
salesman who sells three cars every week. Did you win?
We can't
always get you a better price, but we can help you buy the plane. The aircraft
business is extremely competitive, and sometimes the plane is already at the
rock-bottom price.
At Global Air, we try to help the seller properly
price the airplane, and about 90% of our planes sell for the asking price.

Escrow Deposits |

Usually, a seller will require a deposit to hold the plane for you. I
can help you do that. Sometimes, "refundable" deposits are hard to
get back. Use of an escrow agent, who will charge a fee, may be money
well-spent, especially when dealing with some sellers or brokers.

In most cases, even with a "firm price", the seller will
allow room to cover a reasonable fee for my services. Some sellers may not,
however, and you and I can agree on a reasonable fee for my services, based upon
the sale price of the aircraft and the time involved in the transaction.

satisfactory financing at competitive rates and terms. |

I can help line-up pre-purchase inspections, obtain title reports, and
help solve any exceptions. Transportation to see the plane, or a ferry pilot
to bring it home, can also be arranged. |
